Dumplings are a folk dish that has earned universal recognition. It is impossible to find a person in our country who would not know about this dish. Many foreigners come to taste real dumplings
. However, not many people have time to cook the dish. Therefore, people often buy dumplings in stores near the house. It is worth refusing to buy dumplings, since they contain in the composition of dubious components. It is
better to try to make at least lazy dumplings, but independently.
Ingredients for lazy dumplings:
- Stuffed meat – 300 g;
- Onion – pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Flour – 200 ml;
- Cold water – 1 liter.
Preparation of lazy dumplings:
Cut large pieces of onion, pass through a meat grinder. Mix the onion porridge with minced meat. Also in the minced meat pour salt, stir.
In a separate flat plate pour flour. Pour water into a deep bowl, put the formed balls of meat into the water.
From the water put the balls into the flour, roll on all sides.
Bring the water for dumplings to a boil in a saucepan.
Put the meat balls in flour into the boiling water. Cook the
lazy dumplings for 5 minutes.
It is recommended to pour melted butter over the dumplings. Serve the dish with dill, sour cream or mayonnaise.
