For example, it can be used to make waffles.
Ingredients for potato waffles:
- Potatoes – 400 g;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Milk – 300 g;
- Salt – 5 g;
- Ground black pepper – g;
- Vegetable oil – 30 g;
- Flour – 160 g.
Preparation of potato waffles:
Boil peeled potatoes until soft, create mashed potatoes. Pour into the mashed potatoes vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl break eggs, pour salt and black pepper, beat. Pour the milk and egg mixture into the potato mixture in batches, stir.
Sift the flour into the potato mixture and knead a homogeneous dough
