Ingredients:
- Miltai – 4 pcs;
- Onion – 2 pieces;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- Sour cream 15% – 2 tbsp;
- Flour – 4 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Seasoning for fish – 1 tsp;
- Water – 400 ml.
Cooking stewed pollock:
Salt and pepper the pollock, leave to marinate.
Cut onions into half rings and grate carrots on a coarse grater
. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry until transparent onions, then add to it carrots. Salt and pepper the vegetables, mix and fry.
In a separate bowl, combine sour cream with tomato paste and seasoning for fish. Pour water into the mixture, stir and pour it into the pan with the vegetables.
Roll the marinated pollock in flour. Put the fish in the sauce, stew under a lid for 10 minutes.
Then turn the pieces of fish and stew similarly.
It is recommended to serve such pollock with green onions.
