Since ancient times, pancakes have been an indispensable guest on the tables of many people. They were baked throughout the year and on various occasions. It happened that pancakes could accompany people all their lives: from a pregnant mother to a memorial dinner. However, most often pancakes are prepared to see off winter on Shrovetide. The shape of the treat symbolizes the sun.
Many hostesses use a recipe for cooking pancakes, which is known to them from previous generations. But, if today you want to try a new recipe, then now we will tell it.
Ingredients for pancakes:
- milk – 200 ml;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – 2 tsp;
- flour – 100 g;
- kefir – 200 ml;
- baking soda – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- eggs – 5-6 pcs;
- green onions – a bunch;
- butter – 50 g;
- Salt to taste.
Preparation of pancakes:
In a deep container pour warm milk, break a chicken egg, pour in salt, sugar. Stir the components with a whisk. Add half of the flour and stir.
Now pour in kefir and stir. Pour in the rest of the flour and baking soda. Stir with a whisk. Add vegetable oil and leave the liquid batter for 10 minutes.
Grease the pancake griddle with vegetable oil, pour in one ladle of batter. Fry the pancakes on both sides until ready.
Let’s prepare the stuffing. Boil chicken eggs and cut into cubes, mix with green onions. Sprinkle with salt and pour in melted butter.
Put the filling on the center of the pancake and roll into a square.
Fry the products on both sides in a frying pan with butter.
