Squid is a type of seafood that is often found in stores. However, not everyone is ready to buy squid all the time and include it in their daily diet. Many people think that squid is difficult to combine with the rest of everyday foods. But, as practice shows, squid can be cooked with different ingredients.

Squid has a lot of different vitamins, from C and B to PP and E. And there are vitamins in both fillets and tentacles of squid. This seafood is cooked quickly, combined with most vegetables.

Let’s show how to make a salad of squid

Ingredients for squid salad:

  • squid;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc;
  • canned corn – 180 g;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
  • mustard – 2 tsp;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • dried garlic – ½ tsp.

Preparation of squid salad:

We pour boiling water over the squid for 3 minutes, the skin slides off it so easier. Pour boiling water, rinse the squid in cold water.

Clean the squid from the insides and again pour boiling water, remove the inner film.

Again pour boiling water on the squid for 3 minutes, rinse again in cold water.

Cut the squid into thin strips, cut cucumber bars

Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cool. Cut eggs into small cubes, put them in a bowl with squid and cucumber.

Pour canned corn into the salad, dress with mayonnaise and mustard
