Zucchini cutlets are a simple and delicious dish that can be prepared from available ingredients. They can be with various additives, such as cheese, herbs, garlic and others.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini – 2 pcs;
- Potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- Rice – 100 g;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Flour – 4 tbsp;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of zucchini cutlets:
Peel zucchini from the skin and grate on a coarse grater. Salt the zucchini mass and leave for a few minutes.
Peeled potatoes grate on a fine grater, boil rice in advance. Mix rice with potato and zucchini mass.
Cut a small diced onion, fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil
