- 9% cottage cheese – 350 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- flour – 150 g;
- kefir 2.5% – 150 ml;
- parsley – 20 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- cheese – 100 g.
Preparation of cheesecakes with herbs:
Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, kefir and salt into a homogeneous mass. Shred cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop parsley. Add the chopped ingredients to the mixture of cottage cheese products.
