A salad is a cold dish of many finely chopped ingredients. Most salads are made up of vegetables; they take up 50% of the entire dish. Ingredients for salad “Love”:
- Eggs – 6 pcs;
- Sausage – 250 g;
- Korean carrots – 200 g;
- Pickled cucumbers – 200 g;
- Pickled mushrooms – 200 g;
- Green peas – 180 g;
- Red onion – 1 pc.
Ingredients for onion marinade:
- Vinegar – 3 tbsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Boiling water – 200 ml;
- Ground pepper – a pinch;
- Mayonnaise – 160 g;
- Dill – bundle;
- Vegetable oil – 20 ml.
Preparation of salad “Love”:
Break an egg in a bowl, salt and pepper, whisk. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry an egg pancake.
Roll each pancake into a roll and cut across into small strips

Put the egg strips in a salad bowl.
Cut the onion in half rings, pour boiling water into it, salt. Pour vinegar into the boiling water, stir and leave the onion to marinate for 10 minutes.
At this time cut sausage into thin bars. Drain the marinade from the onions and add them to the salad along with green peas.

bars and put them in the dish.
Cut pickled mushrooms into small plates and put them together with Korean carrots in the salad. Chop dill, pour it into the salad.
