We decided to prepare cream cheese, which is ideal as a spread on bread and will please you with its rich flavor.
Ingredients:
- 20% sour cream – 400 g;
- baking soda – ⅓ tsp;
- natural yogurt without additives 10% – 400 g.
Preparation of cream cheese:
In a deep container transfer 400 g of sour cream. To neutralize the acidity, pour in a small amount of baking soda. Stir the ingredients together with the help of a spoon.
