Cutlets are a simple and uncomplicated way to make dinner for the whole family or just for yourself. However, it is a typical dish that most people don’t get bored with over a long period of time. Probably influenced by the garnish and additional ingredients added to the cutlets
, the meat product can be quite diversified by adding paprika, rice, onions and other ingredients. Some even make cutlets with buckwheat groats and semolina.
Let’s talk about the recipe for cutlets with vegetable frying.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Cabbage – 250 g;
- Ground meat – 350 g;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the roast:
- Vegetable oil -30 ml;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Bulgarian pepper – 0,5 pcs;
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs;
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
Preparation of cutlets with frying:
Cut a small dice onion, rub finely carrots. In a frying pan slightly fry onion with vegetable oil.
Add carrots to onions, fry for a couple of minutes.
Shred cabbage, add to
the
mixture of carrots and onions, stir. Salt the cabbage mixture and put it in a deep bowl. Add minced meat, spices and mix to the cabbage mixture.
Divide the mixture into 6 parts, form cutlets.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the cutlets on all sides on medium heat.
Again chop finely onion and grate carrots, fry in the oil from under the cutlets. Clean the bell pepper from the insides, cut into small straws
