I never get tired of making them: just flour and boiling water. Better than chebureks or pizza.

Sometimes you want to bake something unusual. However, there are mostly recipes for various chebureks, pizza in a pan and lean flatbreads. Some recipes require too many ingredients or complicated cooking techniques.

Then it is worth paying attention to the recipe for cooking tortillas with meat filling. This dish has gained popularity in the countries of

Central Asia. The pastry is slightly similar to chebureks and meat pies. At the same time, it is prepared simply, on lean dough.

Ingredients for meat tortillas:

  • flour – 500 g;
  • boiling water – 300 g;
  • vegetable oil – 30 ml;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • minced meat – 300 g;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • sweet pepper – pcs;
  • tomato – pcs;
  • green onion – bundle;
  • garlic – clove.

Preparation of meat tortillas:

In a bowl with flour pour salt, pour steep boiling water and vegetable oil. Stir the flour and boiling water with a spatula. When the dough has cooled down, start kneading it with your hands.
