  • butter – 15 g;
  • trout fish steaks – 400 g;
  • onion – 2 pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • garlic – clove;
  • water – 100 ml;
  • tomato paste – 1 tsp;
  • green paste – 1 tsp;
  • cream – 160 ml.

Preparation of fish stew:

Thoroughly rinse the rice, put it in a saucepan with melted butter, stir. After the rice is slightly browned, pour water into it, pour saffron to taste.

Cover the rice with a lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. In the meantime, heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Fry fish steaks on medium heat on both sides until slightly visible crust.
