Ingredients for fried fish:
- onion – 2 pcs;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- tomato – 2 pcs;
- sweet pepper – pcs;
- fish fillet – 800 g;
- spices for fish – tsp;
- dried cumin – tsp;
- rosemary – tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sugar – a pinch;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 70 g.
Preparation of fried fish:
Cut quarter rings onion, lay out in a skillet on the bottom. Press garlic with the edge of a knife, cut into large pieces, lay out to the onion. Salt onions and garlic, cut tomatoes into thin rings.
Put tomatoes on the onion pillow, sprinkle with sugar. Peel the sweet pepper from the inner part, cut into thin bars. Put on the layer of tomato and pepper.
Salt the fish fillet, put it on the layer of vegetables.
Sprinkle fish with fish spices, dried cumin, rosemary, pour vegetable oil.
Put pieces of butter on the fish.
Pour 100 ml of water on the vegetable bed, cover the dish with a lid. Send the pan to low heat, cook for half an hour.
