Meatloaf was first known about meatloaf in ancient Rome. This dish was prepared from chicken or cow meat. However, the first meat rolls were made without adding a lot of spices and were very monotonous.

Ingredients for meatloaf:
- Pork (minced meat) – 700 g;
- Onions – 200 g;
- Raw eggs – pcs;
- Boiled eggs – 8 pcs;
- Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sweet paprika – ¼ tsp;
- Curry – ¼ tsp;
- Dried herbs – ¼ tsp;
- Dried garlic – ¼ tsp.
Preparation of meatloaf:
Grind onion in a meat grinder, place in a bowl with minced meat. Break an egg into the meat mixture, pour breadcrumbs and salt, mix. Sprinkle
sweet paprika, curry, dry herbs and dry garlic on parchment greased with vegetable oil. Spread the meat mixture on the spice layer, spreading it evenly on the parchment.
Place hard boiled eggs in the middle of the meat layer and roll into a meatloaf using the parchment. Tie the edges of the parchment together so that the roll does not spread.
In a dry skillet, fry the roll on 4 sides for 15 minutes on medium heat. After cooking, remove the roll from the baking paper.
You get a juicy meatloaf with an egg inside. This is a great dish for dinner, as well as for a festive table.
