- onions – pcs;
- dill sprigs – 2 pcs.;
- peppercorns – 10 pcs;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
- water – liter;
- salt – tbsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- 9% vinegar – 100 ml.
Preparation of pickled cucumbers:
Cucumbers are washed and in a basin with cold water leave for a couple of hours. Cut a small dice onions, chop
dill
sprigs with scissors
. In a jar put 2 tablespoons of onions, dill, and then tamp the cucumbers. Add peppercorns and bay leaves to the jar.
Pour water into a saucepan, over medium heat, begin to bring to a boil. At this time pour salt and granulated sugar into the water, it is necessary to dissolve the granules. Pour
vinegar into the boiling liquid.
Boiling marinade pour into a jar with cucumbers, cover with a lid. In a large saucepan on the bottom of the towel, pour warm water.
