I question Olivier and Caesar. The whole family enjoyed the “Princes'” salad: hearty and tasty

The preparation of various viands for a feast is time-consuming. As a rule, the main emphasis is placed on the main course and baked goods.

For this reason, at celebrations we often notice only classic, standard salads – Olivier, Caesar, Herring under a fur coat.

However, do not neglect this dish. It is worth adding at least 1-2 new salads to the festive table. So you will diversify the appetizer at the celebration, and also surprise your guests.

We will show you how to make an original salad from simple components.

Ingredients for salad “Princes'”:

  • Peking cabbage – pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • marinated mushrooms – 270 g;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. tbsp;
  • boiled chicken breast – 250 g;
  • cheese – 120 g.

Preparation of salad “Princes'”:

Finely chink peking cabbage, cut into small slices of pickled cucumbers. Cut cooked chicken breast into small cubes.

In a salad bowl lay out part of the Peking cabbage, on it put ½ of the marinated mushrooms, smear them with a spoonful of mayonnaise. Mix the meat with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and salt, create a meat layer on the mushrooms.

Cover the breast tier with chopped cabbage, lay the rest of the mushrooms on it. Shred cheese on small grating cutters, create a cheese cap on the last mushroom layer.

Оливье и Цезарь ставлю под сомнение. "Княжеский" салат зашёл всей семье: сытно и вкусно

Thus, you can prepare an uncomplicated salad “Princes”.

It is not recommended to overdo it with salt in this salad, as this function is performed by marinated mushrooms.
