Donuts have become one of the most popular dishes for a large number of people. Basically, the culture of consuming this sweet flour product originated in the United States. Around 1960, bakeries selling cheap doughnuts were popular in the country. The

hole in the product is probably obtained on purpose, due to the economy in the post-war period

Now it is hard to imagine bakeries not only in the United States, but also in our country without doughnuts

However, in our country, donuts have a more familiar name – pyshki.

Ingredients for doughnuts:

  • condensed milk – 200 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • salt – ⅓ tsp;
  • flour – 180 g;
  • leavening agent – tsp.

Preparation of doughnuts:

In a bowl combine eggs with salt and condensed milk, mix the ingredients until homogeneous. Sift flour and baking powder into the sweet mixture, knead a thick dough.

Heat 150 ml of vegetable oil in a saucepan. Dip a spoon into the hot oil, then pour the dough into it.
