Ingredients for potato pies:
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- Salt – tsp;
- Sugar – tbsp;
- Eggs – pcs;
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml;
- Flour – 400 gr;
- Leavening agent – tsp;
- Boiled potatoes – 400 gr;
- Onions – pcs.
Preparation of patties with potatoes:
First you need to mix with a whisk to homogeneity in a bowl kefir, salt, sugar and egg.
Add to the resulting mixture vegetable oil, sift baking powder and flour. The dough should be well kneaded to prevent lumps. After sending the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
For the filling, fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil, boil potatoes until soft. Knead
