Lazy pies were invented not so long ago by women in many countries around the world. The fact is that lazy pies are prepared much easier and faster than usual. In order to fry lazy pies, you do not need to knead the dough, wait for its approach and prepare the filling. Molding pies is also not required, since all the ingredients are mixed in one bowl.
Of course, it is difficult to call such pies classic, since they are still more like fritters. But, in certain situations, for example, for breakfast or a snack, lazy pies can come in handy.
Ingredients for lazy pies:
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- Ground meat – 300 g;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Salt – 1.5 tsp;
- Kefir – 300 ml;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Flour – 250 g;
- Leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- Green onions – a bunch;
- Dill – a bunch.
Preparation of lazy patties:
In a frying pan on vegetable oil fry minced meat, add to it chopped onions, pour half a teaspoon of salt, pepper.
Pour
salt and sugar into the kefir, break an egg and mix.
Pour flour and baking powder into the kefir mixture and knead a thick dough

Chop green onions and dill, pour together with minced meat into the dough, mix.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour a tablespoon of dough into it. Fry the patties on both sides until browned.
You get quick lazy patties.
