Lazy pies are a simple and quick to prepare dish that can be a great solution for breakfast or a snack. They are small flatbreads of dough with a filling inside.

Ingredients:
- minced meat – 250 g;
- kefir – 200 ml;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – 1/2 tsp;
- onion – 1 pc;
- garlic – clove;
- flour – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of lazy patties:
Stuffing mix with kefir, egg. Chop onion in a meat grinder, add to the minced meat together with garlic, pressed through the press.
Mix all the components together.
In a
frying
pan heat vegetable oil, put a small portion of minced meat at a distance from each other.
Fry the patties under a lid until golden on both sides
