There are three recipes for healthy cookies of their cereal.
Ingredients for oatmeal cookies #1:
- apples – 2 pcs;
- water – 30 ml;
- oat flakes – 200 g;
- nuts – 50 g;
- vanillin – a pinch;
- avocado oil.
Cooking oatmeal cookies #1:
We divide apples into small slices, clean them from the seed pods. Put apple slices in a blender bowl, pour water into the same
bowl and grind
to a puree
. In another blender bowl pour oat flakes and nuts, grind to a crumb
.
Mix the applesauce with the oat crumbs to create a dough.
Grease the cookie molds with avocado oil or other vegetable oil. Spread the dough into the molds, bake the cookies at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Ingredients for oatmeal cookies #2:
- oat flakes – 200 g;
- almonds – 50 g;
- hot water – 150 ml;
- ginger – 10 g;
- cardamom – ¼ tsp;
- stevia – tbsp;
- avocado oil – 50 ml.
Preparation of oatmeal cookies #2:
Grind the rolled oats and almonds in the bowl of a blender until crumbly. Pour hot water into the crumbs and stir. Grind
ginger into the dough with a fine grater. Pour into the dough also stevia and cardamom, pour in avocado oil and mix everything to a homogeneous mass.
Cover the baking tray with parchment, lay out the cakes on the surface. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- oat flakes – 200 g;
- walnuts – 50 g;
- stevia;
- vanillin – a pinch;
- apple – pcs;
- water – 100 ml;
- butter – 1 tbsp;
- kiwi.
Preparation of oatmeal cookies #3:
Grind oat flakes in a blender, finely chop walnuts with a knife. Mix oat flour with walnuts, stevia and vanilla.
Peel apples from seed pods, cut into small cubes and place in the blender bowl. Pour water into the same bowl, turn into an apple puree mass.
Put 4 tablespoons of puree to the oat flour, pour melted butter into the same bowl, knead the dough.
