The smell of baked goods has always been one of the most pleasant aromas for people. The
fact is that bread has been a key product important for existence for a long time. It is difficult to give up baked goods, as it is considered one of the strongest addictions of modern times.

In stores we meet very mediocre buns and scones, which have a questionable composition.
If you do not want to eat harmful store-bought baked goods, we suggest preparing homemade buns.
Ingredients for buns:
- milk – 230 ml;
- sugar – tbsp;
- dry yeast – 8 g;
- egg – pcs;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- flour – 360 g;
- butter – 30 g.
Preparation of buns:
Mix in warm milk classic and vanilla sugar, yeast, egg and salt. Add the flour in batches to the milk mixture and knead a slightly sticky and elastic dough.

, divide it into a couple of parts. Divide the two parts into 10 small rolls. Cover the koloboks with foil, take them out one by one and roll them into 1-1,5 cm thick tortillas

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the buns on each side over medium heat until golden.
These buns can be used as bread for soups and second courses, and as baked goods for tea. To make the buns sweeter, we recommend sprinkling them with powdered sugar.
