Ingredients for salad with beans:
- Cabbage – 250 g;
- Canned beans – 180 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- Dill – a couple of sprigs;
- Green onion – a bundle;
Ingredients for dressing:
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- Mustard in grains – 1 tbsp;
- Sugar – 1/3 tsp;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch.
Preparation of salad with beans:
Shinkuem finely cabbage, cut cucumbers into thin bars. Similarly cut cleaned and pre-boiled hard-boiled eggs.
Shred green onions and dill, put together with eggs, cabbage and cucumbers in a salad bowl. Add beans to the salad.
