. Let’s prepare a more simple and not timed to any holiday and people potato flatbread.

Ingredients for potato flatbread:

  • Potatoes – 2 pcs;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Cheese – 30 g;
  • Salt – ⅓ tsp;
  • Ground garlic – a pinch;
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Butter – 5 g;
  • Parsley – a few sprigs.

Preparation of potato cakes:
