People have known about baking for quite a long time, since ancient times. Bread is one of the best-selling products in the world. It is difficult to understand who was the pioneer in the invention of baking. The

fact is that pies were baked in Rome, Greece and Egypt. The oldest recipes for baking were found among the Egyptians. Probably, they were engaged in baking pies more extensively than other nations.

Ingredients for potato rolls:

  • water – 65 g;
  • dry yeast – 4 g;
  • sugar – 20 g;
  • salt – 4 g;
  • milk – 70 ml;
  • flour – 200 g;
  • butter – 30 g.

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • potatoes – 2 pcs;
  • mayonnaise – tbsp;
  • butter – tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – tbsp;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • cheese;
  • ham.

Preparation of potato rolls:

In a bowl with warm water pour yeast, stir and add salt and sugar. Mix the

components again, pour in milk.

Mix the ingredients for the filling.

Sprinkle the table with flour and lay out the dough. Form a ball, which then roll out with a rolling pin into a thin rectangular layer. Spread the potato filling on the dough and spread it in an even layer.

Bake the rolls at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
