Ingredients for potato roll:
- potatoes – 1 kg;
- olive oil – 4 tablespoons;
- salt – a pinch;
- grated mozzarella – 250 g;
- minced meat – 350 g;
- onion – pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons;
- coriander – 6 sprigs;
- salt – 1.5 tsp;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- curry – ½ tsp;
- paprika – tsp.
Preparation of potato roll:
Peel potatoes and slice lengthwise into large, thin slices. Sprinkle potatoes with ½ teaspoon salt, mix thoroughly.
Place parchment on a baking tray, cover it with 150 grams of mozzarella, spread the cheese evenly over the surface. Overlap the potato slices on the cheese layer, drizzle with a couple of spoons of olive oil, spread it all over the potatoes with a brush.
Bake the potato slices at 200 degrees for half an hour. At this time, cut the onion into small cubes, fry in olive oil in a frying pan until brown.
Add minced meat to the onions, fry the meat for a couple of minutes. Then add tomato paste, coriander and salt, mix the ingredients.
Pour ground black pepper, paprika and curry into the mince, mix.
Cover the baked potato layer with the rest of the mozzarella, lay out the meat stuffing, roll up into a roll.
The roll can also be topped with cheese and baked at 250 degrees in the oven for 5 minutes.
