Ingredients for apple pie:
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Milk – 100 ml;
- Butter – 80 g;
- Flour – 240 g;
- Baking powder – 2 tsp;
- Apples – 5 pcs.
Preparation of apple pie:
In a bowl break the eggs, pour salt, vanilla and classic sugar, whisk until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour milk into the egg mixture and continue beating.
Melt butter in the microwave, pour it into the egg mixture and beat. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift in batches into the egg mixture.
Using a whisk, knead a homogeneous dough without lumps. Remove seed pods from apples and cut into small cubes.
Grease a baking mold with butter and place apples in an even layer on the bottom. Fill the apple layer with dough, distributing it evenly.
Bake the apple pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
The readiness of the pie is easy to check with a wooden skewer – it should come out of the baking dry. You can add cinnamon to the dough during cooking for a special aroma and flavor.
