Most people make cutlets according to their own recipes. Often the ways of cooking cutlets are passed down from mothers and grandmothers, kept for centuries as a relic. cutlets. Thus, the cutlets began to add kefir. It seems that the ingredient is not combined with minced meat. But, the sour-milk product on the contrary, makes the cutlets more soft and juicy. It is worth trying to cook cutlets on kefir.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- Potatoes – pcs;
- Onion – a piece;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Garlic – clove;
- Salt – tsp;
- semolina – 8 tbsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Combine in a separate bowl minced meat with kefir. Peeled potatoes in a second bowl rub finely on a grater. Grind onion and garlic on small grating teeth, add to the potato
mass. Put the vegetable mass to
the minced
meat, break eggs into the mixture, salt and mix the components thoroughly

Pour semolina into the meat mass, mix and
leave the mass for 20 minutes until swelling. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, form small cutlets with a spoon. Put the cutlets in the frying pan, fry for 5 minutes on each side under a lid.
It is recommended to add meat seasoning and coriander to the mincemeat. So the flavor of cutlets will be more rich and tart.
