- canned beans – 150 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- pickles – 3 pcs;
- parsley – a bundle;
- carrots – 200 g;
- dill – bundle;
- onion – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of salad with beans:
Salted cucumbers need to be cut into thin bars, combine in a bowl with canned beans. Chop carrots on small grater teeth, cut thin semicircles of
the onion. Fry the onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil, add carrots to it. Bring the mixture to softness on medium heat.
Transfer the fried carrots and onions to the salad. Chop dill and parsley and pour them into the salad. Salt the ingredients and mix well.
Beans are saturated with vegetable protein, which gives a feeling of satiety to the body.
