Ingredients for cookies:

- butter – 10 g;
- sugar – 10 g;
- flour – 30 g.
Cookies preparation:
In a bowl with butter pour sugar, salt and vanillin, beat with a mixer. Break an egg into the beaten butter and beat again until homogeneous.
Pour baking soda into a bowl with kefir and mix. Pour the kefir into the cream mixture and mix. Sift flour into the mixture of kefir and butter and knead the dough.
Leave the dough under cellophane for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. For the sprinkles, mix sugar and flour, add cold butter and quickly rub into crumbs with your hands.
