People developed a love for sandwiches quite a long time ago. There is an assumption that after the invention of bread, people began to put various fillings on it. Mostly sandwiches were made with meat and fish, sometimes replacing animal food with vegetable food.

Ingredients for hot sandwiches:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sour cream – 2 tablespoons;

Preparation of hot sandwiches:
Shred cheese on large grating cutters, finely dice the onion. In a bowl combine eggs with sour cream and salt, mix until homogeneous
. Put cheese and onion in the mixture, mix again. Spread the mixture on the slices of loaf.
In a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the sandwiches on a low-medium heat. Cook the sandwiches for a couple of minutes on each side.
This is a good breakfast option from simple ingredients. Sandwiches can be combined with scrambled eggs or even porridge.
