Cutlets have always been an important part of the human diet. We encounter cutlets all the time even when we consume American street food. For example, fast food restaurants sell burgers. Any burger has a patty in it. There are

If you have time to prepare homemade cutlets, then it is worth refusing from the purchased ones. The quality of store cutlets does not always correspond to the price. Cook homemade cutlets will be more budgetary and tasty.

Ingredients for cutlets:
- minced meat – 500 g;
- kefir – 200 g;
- onion – pcs;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – tsp;
- flour – 100 g;
- baking soda – 1 tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
In a bowl with minced meat pour baking soda, pour kefir.
Break an egg into the minced meat, salt, add sugar. Pass through a meat grinder onion, put the mass in the minced meat, mix all the components thoroughly.
Sift flour into the minced meat, continue kneading a homogeneous mass. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the cutlets on the surface.
Fry on one side of the cutlets until golden color, turn to the other. Cover the cutlets with a lid and stew for 10 minutes on low heat.
The result is a lot of homemade quick cutlets. They can be served with sour cream, pre-shred some herbs into it.
