Everyone knows about the famous crab salad, which appeared in the 1990s. This interesting dish is originally prepared with rice, crab sticks, carrots and cabbage. However, it is now impossible to find a tasty purchased crab salad. Constantly this dish is trying to spoil it with cheap mayonnaise, unnecessary ingredients and spices.
In the past, crab salad was prepared canonically, because there was a shortage. Crab sticks in fact in the 1990s began to symbolize the lack of crab meat and fish products in the country.

Ingredients for crab salad with beans:
- crab sticks – 200 g;
- mayonnaise – tbsp;
- canned beans – 150 g;
- green onion – 2 pens;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- cucumber – 100 g.
Preparation of crab salad with beans:
Cut crab sticks and cucumber into small cubes. Boil hard-boiled eggs beforehand and let them cool down. Cut eggs in small pieces, mix them in a salad bowl with cucumber and sticks.
Add beans and chopped green onions to the total mass. Salt and pepper the salad to taste, dress with mayonnaise and mix well.
Homemade mayonnaise is ideal for this salad as a dressing. The dish turns out hearty and at the same time without a lot of inappropriate ingredients.
