Because of its cost, tuna is usually not particularly revered by the people. Many people replace this type of fish with other, more budget-friendly fish. However, you should not completely cut tuna out of your diet.
This type of fish has almost no fat in its composition, saturated with vitamin A, D and E. Also, tuna has a
large accumulation

omega-3 acids

If you do not want to buy a tuna steak or fillet, you can buy canned. It retains most of its useful properties.
From canned tuna and zucchini, you can prepare an unusual casserole.
Ingredients for tuna and zucchini casserole:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- onions – pcs;
- dill – bundle;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- leavening agent – tbsp;
- canned tuna – 200 g;
- boiled eggs – 2 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- breadcrumbs – tbsp.
Preparation of tuna and zucchini casserole:
Remove the stalks from zucchini and rub on large cutters grater. Put the zucchini mass in a colander, salt and leave for 15 minutes. Then squeeze the zucchini mass from the liquid, transfer it to a bowl.
Cut onion into small cubes, send to the zucchini mixture. Chop dill, together with raw eggs, send to the bowl with onions and zucchini. Sprinkle the mixture with black pepper, put mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Pour the flour into the zucchini mixture, knead the dough.
Peel hard-boiled eggs, cut into small cubes, mix with tuna
. Grate cheese finely, send it to the bowl with tuna and eggs.
Grease a baking mold with vegetable oil, sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Spread ½ of the zucchini mass on the surface, level it.
On the layer of zucchini mass lay a mixture of tuna, egg and cheese, similarly even layer.
Place the second part of the zucchini mass on the filling.
Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
This casserole turns out hearty and delicious. Unlike other types of casseroles, this one has an unusual flavor, while it is quite healthy.
