Ingredients for chicken breast:
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons;
- butter – 4 tablespoons;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- onion – pcs.;
- water – 50 ml;
- parsley – bundle;
- juice of half a lemon;
- cream 15% – 100 ml;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- nutmeg – a pinch;
- potatoes – 6 pcs;
- bacon – 2 pieces.
Preparation of chicken breasts:
On the chicken breasts make incisions across. In a skillet melt 2 spoons of butter, add a couple of spoons of vegetable oil. Fry chicken breasts in the skillet until golden on both sides.
Crush and finely mince 4 garlic cloves, add to the skillet with the chicken. Continue to fry over medium heat.
