Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • Egg – 2 pcs;

  • Vegetable oil – 80 g;
  • Flour – 400 g;
  • Leavening agent – 1.5 tsp;
  • Ground beef – 200 g;
  • Green onions – a bunch;
  • Coriander – a pinch.

Preparation of meat rolls:

Break eggs into cottage cheese, pour a teaspoon of salt, pour in vegetable oil and thoroughly beat to a homogeneous mass with an immersion blender. Mix flour with baking powder and pour into the curd mass, knead the dough.
