As a rule, we perceive dishes with cottage cheese as something that is usually eaten for breakfast. That is, curd dishes are cheesecakes or pancakes. However, cottage cheese can be used to make delicate, delicious pies. Such pastries can be much more nourishing than a meat pie.

- flour – 320 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- sugar – 100 g;
- butter – 150 g;

- cottage cheese – 0,5 kg;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- sugar – 80 g;
- sour cream – 2 tablespoons;
- berry jam – 2 tbsp;
- white chocolate.

Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl, pour granulated sugar and mix. Add butter to the loose products, quickly form creamy crumbs with your hands.
To prepare the filling, beat eggs in cottage cheese, pour granulated sugar, add sour
cream.
