is worth knowing how to prepare baked goods yourself. We will show you how to make a pie and pyshki with your own hands.
Ingredients for pyshki:
- kefir – 200 ml;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- egg – pcs;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- flour – 300 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking the puffballs:
In a bowl with kefir pour salt and sugar, break an egg and mix thoroughly until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour into the mixture baking powder and flour, knead a thick dough.
Grease the formed block with vegetable oil and continue to knead lightly. Divide the finished dough into 12 equal parts, form the koloboks.
Shape small flatbreads with your hands, make a hole in the middle. In vegetable oil fry the dumplings on both sides until browned.
After cooking, place the dumplings on a paper towel to remove the oil.
Sprinkle the dumplings with powdered sugar.
Ingredients for the pie:
- kefir – 200 ml;
- jam – 200 ml;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 80 g;
- flour – 350 g;
- leavening agent – tsp.
Cooking the cake:
In a bowl with kefir put jam, pour vanilla sugar. Break eggs into the kefir, pour in vegetable oil and mix again.
Sift flour and baking powder into the kefir, knead a thick dough
.
Grease a baking mold with butter, pour the dough into it.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
After baking you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
