Let’s prepare a simple chocolate cake at home.
Ingredients of sponge cake for chocolate cake:
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 250 g;
- Kefir – 250 g;
- Vegetable oil – 40 ml;
- Flour – 130 g;
- Cocoa – 2 tbsp;
- Leavening agent – 10 g;
- Salt – a pinch.
Ingredients for the cream:
- Sour cream – 300 g;
- Cooked condensed milk – 80 g.
Preparation of chocolate cake:
Break eggs into a bowl, salt and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Gradually pour granulated sugar into the mixture, beat until a white lush mass is formed. Pour vegetable oil and kefir into this mixture and mix.
Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa into the egg mixture in batches

Knead a thick biscuit dough, pour it into a baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm.
Bake the biscuit in the oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes. Next, divide the biscuit into 3 identical cakes.
To prepare the cream, beat sour cream and boiled condensed milk with a mixer. Put the first cake in a pastry ring, spread ⅓ of
the cream on the
surface.
Put the second cake on the cream, also cover with cream. Place the third cake on the second layer of cream, also cover it with cream.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Take the cake out of the pastry ring and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
You can decorate the cake as desired with berries and coconut shavings.
