However, you can make delicious buns only with semolina.
Ingredients for semolina buns:
- kefir – 250 ml;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sugar – ½ tsp;
- semolina – 20 g;
- egg – pcs;
- flour – 450 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- vegetable oil – 20 ml.
Preparation of semolina buns:
Pour sugar and salt into warm kefir, stir until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour into the kefir semolina, mix, cover with cling film and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
Break an egg into the swollen semolina, stir. Sift flour and baking powder into the semolina and knead the dough.
Pour vegetable oil over the formed lump of dough and knead again

Take the dough to rest under a cling film for 10-15 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer with a rolling pin. Divide the dough like a pizza into 8 triangles.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the buns in the form of triangles on both sides until golden.
The result is simple buns from semolina and kefir.
They can be prepared for breakfast or for a snack.
