We know different kinds of rolls, from meat rolls to pastry rolls. It seems that rolls have been invented recently. However, rolls are actually more than 3,000 years old. This dish was first discovered in the Roman Empire. They prepared baked goods in the form of rolls, where they wrapped meat, fish and other fillings.

Now rolls are prepared literally everywhere. There are vegetable strudels, and sweet biscuit rolls, and meringue rolls, and meat rolls. Let’s tell about the roll with meat, cheese and eggs.
Ingredients for meatloaf:
- pork – 700 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- coriander – ½ tsp;
- dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- soft processed cheese – 140 g;
- dill – bundle;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- breadcrumbs.
Preparation of meatloaf:
Cut the meat into small pieces, beat them with a hammer.
Sprinkle each piece with salt, coriander and dried garlic
