- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Kefir – 200 ml;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Lemon pepper – ½ tsp;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Breadcrumbs – 120 g.
Preparation of cutlets:
Stuffing mix with 100 ml of kefir. Similarly, mix kefir with breadcrumbs and leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Dice onions and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil
for a
couple of minutes. Put the onion in a blender together with garlic cloves and grind to a puree
. Mix the onion puree and breadcrumbs in the mince, salt and pepper.
Break eggs into the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
Put the minced meat in a cellophane bag, tie and beat the contents. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil, form cutlets and place on the surface.
