Pickles have long been a part of our country’s culture. Unfortunately, in most cases, pickles are associated with people prone to alcoholism. It is no secret that the brine of cucumbers perfectly removes toxic substances from the body, suppresses alcohol.
However, pickles are useful not only in cases of hangovers.
This product is able to give the body sodium, which is necessary for the proper contraction of muscle tissues

Also, cucumbers have lactic acid, which reduces cholesterol.
If you do not want to eat just pickles, we suggest making a salad with this component.
Ingredients for pickle cucumber salad:
- pickled/salted/squashed cucumbers – 5 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- carrots – pcs;
- ground coriander – 2 tsp;
- onion – piece;
- pepper mixture – tsp;
- sesame seeds – tsp;
- sugar – tsp;
- garlic – 3 cloves.
Preparation of pickle salad:
We slice the pickles thin and long straw, and cut the onion in quarter rings. Grate peeled carrots on large grater teeth and garlic cloves on small ones.
Mix cucumbers, onions, carrots and garlic in a salad bowl. Add the pepper mixture, granulated sugar and ground coriander to the salad
. Vegetable oil should be heated in a saucepan, pour the spices and garlic into the salad. Cover the dish with a lid, while frying sesame until light golden color.
Sprinkle sesame on
the
salad. Mix all the ingredients in the salad bowl thoroughly.
We recommend to cover the salad again with a lid and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. You get a rich salad from products that, as a rule, always have at home.
