Sausages appeared on our tables much later than sausages, which were known as far back as ancient Greece. The official creator was Johann Lanner. In his recipe, he gave up one of the varieties of meat, combining only pork and beef. The
improved product became popular all over the world. In Russia, however, came a little later, but also received a great response. Mentions of sausages with garlic, cabbage and other things could be found in the stories of Saltykov-Shchedrin as early as 1876. From which we conclude that they were given credit.
Let’s try and we will try to prepare a tasty and inexpensive dish using this product.
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 1 kg;
- sausages – 10 pcs;
- butter – a piece;
- cheese – 100 gr;
- parsley – 30 g;
- vegetable oil – 300 ml;
- breadcrumbs;
- salt, spices.
Preparation:
We send to boil 1 kg of potatoes with salt. When ready, turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes. Add one piece of hard butter.
Salt and pepper the mashed potatoes to taste. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the mashed potatoes. Here we grate 100 grams of cheese on a fine grater
. Mix the ingredients.
Break two chicken eggs into a bowl and mix with a fork. Pour breadcrumbs on a
saucer. Now take a small amount of mashed potatoes and cover the sausages with them.
Give the shape of long cutlets.
Place the finished products first in the egg mixture, and then – in breadcrumbs.
Fill a frying pan with 300 ml of vegetable oil.
Fry the products on all sides until golden.
