The fact is that in the past, the dough was not an edible part of the pie. It was created to carry the food without sacrificing the filling. Accordingly, the filling was eaten, and the pie with a dough-like handle was thrown away.

Ingredients of the dough for meat patties:
- kefir – 200 ml;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – 2 tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- flour – 350 g;
- leavening agent – tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- butter – 50 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- onion – pcs;
- mushrooms – 400 g;
- chicken fillet – 300 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- cheese – 150 g.
Preparation of meat patties:
In warm kefir pour salt, sugar, beat an egg and mix. Pour vegetable oil into the kefir, pour flour and baking powder, knead soft and elastic dough with your hands.
Leave the dough in the heat under cellophane for 20 minutes. For the filling, heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan. Chop
