There are many different recipes for cooking cutlets in the world. In each country, cooks invented their own unique way of cooking, which later became traditional.

However, the recipe for our cutlets is very different from the French original. That is, before us, no one thought to chop the meat finely and mold it into the likeness of meatballs.
Probably, the idea was borrowed from the Swedes, who like to fry minced meat. But thanks to additional ingredients, our cooks were able to make the dish unique.
Let’s make cutlets with minced meat and potatoes

Ingredients for cutlets:
- boiled potatoes – 500 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- minced pork – 400 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- onions – pcs.
Preparation of cutlets:
In the bowl of an immersion blender you need to combine eggs and coarsely chopped onions. To the components you need to pour salt to taste, add garlic cloves and grind with a blender to the state of mush.
Potatoes after boiling turn into a viscous puree, mix with minced meat. To the mixture of potatoes and meat pour the onion mass, mix the ingredients together.
Form the meat mass into small cutlets.
In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry the cutlets on both sides until golden crust.
The beauty of the recipe is that from a small amount of minced meat it turns out to make quite a lot of finished dish. Due to the potatoes, the volume of the meat mass increases, while retaining the flavor of classic cutlets.
