Meatballs are considered one of the most recognizable types of meat dish. They are usually served for dinner or as a second course at lunch.

Ingredients for meatballs:
- minced meat – 350 g;
- potatoes – 350 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- salt – tsp;
- ground black pepper – tsp;
- dried herbs – 1 tsp;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
- water – 75 ml.
Preparation of meatballs:
Peeled potatoes together with onions rub on large grater sharps. Add minced meat, salt, ground black pepper and dried herbs to the mixture of onions and potatoes, mix until homogeneous.
Form minced meat balls, put them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the balls on both sides for a couple of minutes until golden.
In a bowl mix sour cream with tomato paste and water. Remove the oil from the pan, pour the resulting sauce to the meatballs.
Stew the meatballs under a lid in the sauce for about 15 minutes.
It is recommended to serve meatballs with greens. So the dish will be more flavorful, also for serving use vegetables and cheese.
