Soup is a liquid dish that is prepared for lunch. Soups first appeared around 6000 BC. This suggests that soup is one of the very first dishes prepared by people. And soups were clearly not just for the rich. Soups could be consumed by poor people as well. Of course, the filling of soups for the rich and poor differed. For example, beggars could not afford to add meat to their soup. More often beggars’ soup consisted of cereals and vegetables. But, even such soup was nourishing and healthy, which pleased people.
Now soups are different. From vegetable to meat, from creamy to ordinary soups. It is worth showing how to cook soup from minced meat.
Ingredients of minced meat soup:
- minced meat – 500 g;
- sweet pepper – 3 pcs;
- cabbage – 1/2 pc;
- carrots – pcs;
- tomatoes – 500 g;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- water – 2 liters;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs;
- lemon – pcs.
Preparation of soup from minced meat:
Shinkuem cabbage, remove the pith. Fry cabbage in vegetable oil until soft for 6-7 minutes. Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the cabbage, stir.
Dice the onion into small cubes, randomly chop garlic. In a saucepan in vegetable oil fry onion and garlic
. Cut peeled carrots into small bars. Add minced meat to the onions and garlic, fry, salt and pepper to taste.
Grate tomatoes on a fine grater and send to the cabbage, mix the ingredients

Put the carrots in the pot with the minced meat.
Cut the pepper into large plates and put them with the minced meat.
Pour boiling water into
the pot,
cook the soup for 10 minutes,
mix
the ingredients. Put in the soup after 7 minutes bay leaf, pour the juice of lemon.
You can also add potatoes and herbs to this soup.
For a spicy flavor, put a whole chili pepper in the soup.
