Ice cream has become an important part of summer street food in many countries. The fact is that ice cream can cool down well on a hot day, while still being a dessert at the same time.

For example, fried ice cream. This is an unusual type of ice cream in which a ball of ice cream is quickly deep-fried until crispy. It is then sprinkled with toppings and served cold.
Vegan ice cream – is created with plant-based ingredients such as coconut milk, nuts, soy products and others. It does not contain animal products.
There are also ice creams in a variety of unusual flavors, from corn to beans.
Let’s make our usual ice cream with just a couple of products
Ingredients:
- Boiled condensed milk – 200 g;
- Cream 30% – 500 g.
Preparation of ice cream:
Put in the bowl of the mixer condensed boiled milk. Beforehand it can be whipped with a mixer for a minute, so that there are no lumps in the texture
. Pour the cream to the condensed boiled milk and start whipping with a mixer. Gradually increase the speed, whipping until the products are homogeneous
. For the recipe, it is better to use chilled cream. After whipping, make sure that you get a thick mass, which slightly flows off the spatula.
Lay out in a mold with high sides food film. Pour the cream mixture into the mold, level the surface. Leave the ice cream for 3-5 hours in the freezer
. After hardening, the ice cream can be taken out of the mold and the foil removed.
Decorate such ice cream with chocolate, fruits or berries.
