Ice cream is one of the most popular types of dessert. In many restaurants, it is a separate type of dish that cannot be refused.
Approximately 15 billion liters of this sweet dairy product are consumed every year in the world. There are an incredible number of types and flavors of ice cream. For example, they have recently started creating ice cream with liquor and vodka. There is also ice cream with vegetable flavors.
In Scandinavian countries there is ice cream with herring and other types of fish.
We want to tell you about a simple creamy ice cream from childhood.
Ingredients for ice cream:
- Cream 33% – 500 g;
- Condensed milk – 350 g;
- Waffle cakes – 3 pcs.
Preparation of ice cream:
Whip cold cream with a mixer at medium speed. Gradually increase the speed to obtain a thick mass. It is recommended to cool the mixer whisk and the container in which the cream is whipped before cooking.
Pour condensed milk into the slightly thickened cream and continue to whip the mass for 2-3 minutes at medium speed. Grease a pastry mold with a drop of vegetable oil and cover with parchment. Place a wafer cake on the bottom, spread a layer of creamy mass.
Cover the creamy mass with the second cake. Put the mold in the freezer for 5-7 hours until frozen.
Ice cream can be made chocolate, fruit and even vegetable if you add certain products to the cream. Cookies are also used instead of wafer crusts.
